01 General Provisions

03 Age and Eligibility

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers on x99o are subject to specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you automatically agree to the associated terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive up to a 100% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳42,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies, for a total of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit). For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotional offer can only be used once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings may also be forfeited.
• x99o reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

06 Gaming Rules

7. Harassing, offensive, or harmful conduct.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

In cases of violation of these terms or suspicious activity, x99o reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. Withdrawal access may be restricted while an investigation is ongoing.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Any legitimate funds in your account may be withdrawn, but unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, x99o may mark the account as inactive after notifying the account holder. A maintenance fee may apply to such accounts.
